The website

The site sets no cookies and has no forms. It remembers the language you choose in your own browser's storage, and nothing of that leaves your browser. Cloudflare serves the site and, as its host, handles the requests your browser makes. An email you send us is kept as email.

What the connector can read

A connected assistant acts as one outside collaborator, which the workspace owner picks when the connection is made. It can read only what the owner has granted that collaborator: the workspace's board as a collaborator sees it, and the messages of the rooms it has been granted. It cannot read anything else in the workspace.

What the connector keeps

• The connection. Which assistant client connected, which collaborator it acts as, the owner's consent, and what is needed to refresh the connection and to end it.
• Messages it posts. A message the assistant posts to a room is stored as part of that room's history, attributed to the collaborator.
• The audit trail. A record of who granted, narrowed or revoked what, of each refused request, and of each room subscription made or ended. It carries no token and no message text.
• Room subscriptions. When the assistant asks to hear about new room messages, the callback address it gives, a secret stored encrypted, and how far delivery has reached. It is deleted when the subscription ends.
• Request logs. For each request to the connector: the method, the protocol version, the origin and the result. Never a token or a message.

This data is held on a server we rent from Contabo, reached through Cloudflare, with backups copied to Cloudflare R2 storage.

What we do not do

We do not sell data, show advertising, or train models on it. We share it with no one beyond the hosting providers named here.

What the assistant reads through the connector is also handled by the assistant's provider under its own terms. For ChatGPT, that is OpenAI.

Your control

The workspace owner can narrow or revoke a collaborator's grants and end its connections at any time. To have data about you deleted, write to [email protected].
